At Claude & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
